Answer: Go to the Tickets 2 Fun home page www.tix2fun.com and click "Register My Company". There is no cost to your company to register.
Question: Ok, I've registered my company with Tickets 2 Fun. How do my employees take advantage of the online discount offers?
Answer: Tickets 2 Fun will email you your company's partner code login ID. All employees/members will use the partner code login to create their account with Tickets 2 Fun. Once the member has created their member account registration, they will be emailed their password for future logins to the Tickets 2 Fun website.
Question: As the HR administrator at my company, how do I promote the Tickets 2 Fun program to my employees?
Answer: Tickets 2 Fun will provide to you free, personalized PDF efiles, and posters to assist you in informing your employees about the Tickets 2 Fun discount program. The efiles and payroll inserts provide your company partner code ID and instructions for employees to login to the website.
Queston: My company features an intranet for employee use. We feature affiliates on our intranet who offer exclusive services to our employees/members. Can we link the Tickets 2 Fun site on our company intranet for employee use?
Answer: Yes. Tickets 2 Fun can create a personalized link to feature on your company intranet.
Question: Most importantly, is the Tickets 2 Fun site secure?
Answer: Yes. All members sensitive information is secure and safe and will not be compromised.
Question: I've placed an order on the Tickets 2 Fun site. How long does it take to receive my tickets?
Answer: All orders are processed and shipped out via USPS First Class or Certified Mail the same day in which they are received. Expect delivery of your order in 2-4 days. For locations outside of California, anticipate 3-5 days. Overnight shipping options are available.
Question: How do I track my order from the website?
Answer: If you selected USPS Certified Mail™ or Express Mail as your shipping method, go to www.usps.com and enter your tracking number. If you selected California Overnight, go to www.ontrac.com and enter your tracking number. You'll find your tracking number on your web order details. I recommend you ship your order Certified Mail® so you may track your order. Orders shipped 1st class mail are not guaranteed for delivery.
Question: I've ordered etickets, when can I expect to receive them?
Answer: Eticket orders are processed and emailed throughout the day (7 days a week, including holidays) when they're received by Tickets 2 Fun. Final eticket orders are sent between 3-5 daily. Eticket orders placed after 5pm are emailed between 5-6am the following morning. Remember, treat your eticket like cash, there are no refunds for etickets.
Question: Can I pick up my ticket order from Tickets 2 Fun?
Answer: Sorry, ticket orders can only be mailed or emailed.
Question: Are the tickets I purchase good any day?
Answer: The Tickets 2 Fun website offers ticket descriptions and any expiration date for that particular ticket. Ticket expiration dates, if any, are printed on each ticket. Some tickets feature no expiration date.
Question: Do you offer refunds if I can't use my tickets?
Answer: Yes. Tickets 2 Fun will issue refunds on tickets that are not date specific and returned prior to any expiration date printed on the ticket. I suggest tickets be returned via traceble mail (USPS Certified, Fedex) or other secure mail method. When your tickets have been received by Tickets 2 Fun, your order will be refunded, less any shipping & handling fees. Sorry, etickets are not refundable.
